1)   Windows 95/97/98 Start/programs/MS-Dos Prompt
For windows 2000  Start/Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt, and skip to part 3
2)   Once you get here you will see C:\windows. Then type
cd ..\
and then press enter. This will give you the C:\ prompt.
3)   Type this to do a trace

tracert 66.151.177.10
and then press enter.

Each line represents a roughter between you and the server you are requesting the document from. If it stops at any point with a message "request timed out" and never continues past this point we will need a copy of the trace for diagnosis. To send us a copy follow these instructions if the trace is still running and you don't want to wait for it to time out, hold down the Ctlr key and the C key at the same time.
4)   When you get the C:\ prompt again type this

tracert 66.151.177.10 > trace.txt
and then hit enter.

You will now see a flashing curser, just wait for this to finish.
5)   When it is done flashing you see the C:\ prompt again

Go to "My Computer, click on the C drive and then look for the file trace.txt. Double click on this, copy the contents and paste it into a mail to be sent to support@1stomni.com
